السلام وعليكم لدينا مصحف جديد يعتبر اوضح مصحف في العالم للقراءة وهو مكتوب منه صفحتين عينة وعلى الاستعداد لكتابته في سنة ونصف السنة مع تحمل نفقات الكتابة على المشتري لهذا المشروع الضخم الذي قال عنه اوقافيون عرب ووزارات اوقاف انه المصحف الذي سيغزو العالم نحن بصدق لم نعرضه بعد ونريد شخص متمكن ماديا لاخذ المشروع له شخصيا ويتولى طباعته على حسابه الشخصي ويسلمه للازهر لمراجعته وتدقيقه بالوجه الاكمل حتى ياخذ الاذن بتداوله في جميع دول العالم الاسلامي ل3.5 مليار مسلم ويحتمل ان يغزو العالم الاسلامي ويحبب الناس في قراءته والخطاط الذي يكتبه واحد من اهم الخطاطين في العالم الاسلامي نريد ممول يدفع اجرة كتابة هذا المصحف 300 الف دولار وما تبقى عليه وتصبح النسخة الاصلية التي يمكن ان يطبع منها مليارات النسخ لصاحب المشروع وحده والله الموفق وكما تعلمون ان مشروع كهذا لا يخسر لانه كتاب الله وكل بيت مسلم لا يخلو من اربع او خمس نسخ من المصحف الكريم لكن ان تكون النوايا طيبة لوجه الله خالصة في ايصال اوضح مصحف للقراءة في العالم الاسلامي لجميع المسلمين لفهم ما جاء فيه من موعظه وهداية وعلم وفير وانشاءالله يكون مشروع خير لامة محمد عليه السلام

Please sign new Wikimedia confidentiality agreement for nonpublic information by 15 December

This is a message from the Wikimedia Foundation. Translations are available.

As you may know, the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees approved a new "Access to nonpublic information policy" on 25 April 2014 after a community consultation. The former policy has remained in place until the new policy could be implemented. That implementation work is now being done, and we are beginning the transition to the new policy.

An important part of that transition is helping volunteers like you sign the required confidentiality agreement. All Wikimedia volunteers with access to nonpublic information are required to sign this new agreement, and we have prepared some documentation to help you do so.

The Wikimedia Foundation is requiring that anyone with access to nonpublic information sign the new confidentiality agreement by 15 December 2015 (OTRS users have until 22 December 2015) to retain their access. You are receiving this email because you have access to nonpublic information and are required to sign the confidentiality agreement under the new policy.

Signing the confidentiality agreement for nonpublic information is conducted and tracked using Legalpad on Phabricator. The general confidentiality agreement is now ready, and the OTRS agreement will be ready after 22 September 2015. We have prepared a guide on Meta-Wiki to help you create your Phabricator account and sign the new agreement: Confidentiality agreement for nonpublic information/How to sign

If you have any questions or experience any problems while signing the new agreement, please visit this talk page or email me (gvarnumwikimedia.org). As you may know, the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees approved a new "Access to nonpublic information policy" on 25 April 2014 after a community consultation. The former policy has remained in place until the new policy could be implemented. That implementation work is now being done, and we are transitioning to the new policy.

An important part of that transition is helping volunteers like you sign the required confidentiality agreement. All Wikimedia volunteers with access to nonpublic information are required to sign this new agreement, and we have prepared some documentation to help you do so.

The Wikimedia Foundation is requiring that anyone with access to nonpublic information sign the new confidentiality agreement by 15 December 2015 (OTRS users have until 31 December 2015) to retain their access. You are receiving this message because you have access to nonpublic information and are required to sign the confidentiality agreement under the new policy. If you do not sign the new confidentiality agreement by 15 December 2015, you will lose your access to nonpublic information.

• Some scheduled tasks were not working properly from September to recently. This meant some pages in the special pages namespace were not updated. It has now been fixed. [164]

• The difference between "alerts" and "messages" notifications is unclear to some. The developers want feedback at the Phabricator task or on MediaWiki.org so they can make this better. You can give feedback in your language if you can't write in English.

Problems

• Sites with a wikimedia.org address were by mistake redirected to the Wikimedia Foundation wiki on 26 January. This included Meta and Wikimedia Commons. The mistake was fixed after an hour. [205]
• Some users had problems logging in and out around 22 January. Bots also had problems and edit previews did not work properly. This was because of problems related to the new component SessionManager. It was undone on 23 January. [206][207]
• Because of new problems with SessionManager the latest version of MediaWiki was removed from the Wikimedia wikis again on 31 January. The new version this week will be without SessionManager. [208]

Changes this week

• The page history will get a help link. This will go to Help:Page history on Meta. Wikis can exchange it for a link to their local pages. [209]
• Notifications will only show part of a page name if it is very long. You will also have another way to mark notifications as read. [210][211]
• The Universal Language Selector input methods are now available with the visual editor. This means many who write in non-Latin scripts can now use the visual editor. [212]

• The Capiunto extension is installed on test wiki. Capiunto provides flexible infobox functionality for Scribunto and generates HTML for infobox features such as headers and rows. It is designed for clean and modern infoboxes that are driven by data from Wikidata, easily usable across different language versions, and easily extensible.
• The visual editor now follows the TemplateData format setting announced in November. When you edit or add a use of a template, the wikitext will be laid out in one of the two ways. [242][243]

• Phabricator has been a bit unstable lately. This should be fixed now. [255]
• The PageView API shows wrong data between 23 February and 29 February for pages with special characters in their title. [256]
• The parsing change mentioned above caused a large number of pages to break, especially on Wikisource. [257]
• You may see falsely formatted edit links on both mobile and desktop devices. Mobile devices can also show incorrect formatted table of contents. This should be fixed soon. [258]
• Templates using TemplateData that were edited with the visual editor might have some problems in wikitext mode. This can be fixed by editing and saving the page by using the visual editor without making any changes. [259]

Recent changes

• The ORES service has now moved to a new location. This should make it easier to use ORES. The ORES review service is now available as a beta feature on Wikidata and Persian Wikipedia. ORES is an artificial intelligence system for Wikimedia wikis to help editors. [346]
• The order of wikis in collapsed cross-wiki notifications was different than when the list was expanded. This is now fixed. [347]
• A new category for tracking pages with math errors was added: تصنيف:صفحات بها أخطاء رياضيات. [348]

Problems

• The Wikimedia Etherpad crashed on June 23. Some edits done that day have been lost. They can be found at etherpad-restore.wikimedia.org for another few days. [349][350]

Recent changes

• A new image scaler fixed a number of bugs for showing SVG files. Some new problems turned up. [361][362][363]
• Notifications are grouped by types. They are now counted by number of notifications and not by unread groups. That change may increase the number of notifications displayed. The earlier way of counting was often incorrect. Unread notifications will also be displayed first. [364][365][366]
• Special:Notifications now has a maximum width for the notifications list on desktop computers. This allows long titles and descriptions to be cut properly. Notifications are now also better parsed. [367][368][369]

Problems

• On 5 July Wikimedia Commons had problems and could not be edited for 20 minutes. For a short while after that the recent changes log and some gadgets were not working properly. It affected administrative actions on other projects too. [370]
• Users who have multiple unread notifications can mark them as read by visiting Special:Notifications page on their wiki.

• Wikimedia search will now ignore question marks at the end of the sentences or words you use when you search. Until now the question mark was just a wildcard. [392]
• On Commons, UploadWizard will now be available on mobile, rather than just the old upload form. This should reduce the workload for the community in reviewing images. [393]
• When you edit with the visual editor a puzzle symbol tells you there is an invisible template in the article. It will now mention the name of the template. [394]

Problems

• Last week Tech News announced you will get a notification when you mention yourself the same way as if someone else had mentioned you. This caused some problems and will happen later instead. [398]
• Creating and editing links to sections on other pages on the wiki now works again in the visual editor. [399]
• For some users, cross-wiki notifications haven't been working properly. The count has been wrong when only cross-wiki notifications were present. The cross-wiki bundle has been showing only the names of wikis and not the actual notifications. This will be fixed soon. [400][401]

Changes this week

• The login session when you choose "Keep me logged in" will now last a year. Previously it was 30 days. This will happen on August 16. [402]
• Some abuse filters will have to be updated during the week. This is because a bug will be fixed. [403]
• In compact language links, two new kinds of languages will be shown in the shorter language list: Languages that are used in the article's text, and languages where the article has a badge like "featured article" or "good article". [404][405]
• The visual editor will be available by default for logged-out editors on Wikipedias that use the Arabic script. It is already default for logged-in editors. [406]

• The ORES review tool is now available on Special:Contributions as a beta feature. It can make it easier to find contributions that are probably damaging the wikis. The ORES review tool is available on Wikidata and Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Dutch, Turkish and Russian Wikipedia. [408]
• The norm and ccnorm functions have been updated to make it easier to write abuse filters. This also affects the TitleBlacklist extension. You don't have to transform "I" and "L" to "1", "O" to "0" and "S" to "5" anymore. [409]
• The old pageview data in the "pagecounts-raw" and "pagecounts-all-sites" files is no longer being updated. You can find the new pageview data here. This happened on August 5. [410]

Problems

• تتوفر حاليا مرشحات جديدة لأحدث التغييرات كسمة تجريبية على أغلب مواقع الويكي.إذ يمكنك تفعليها في صفحة تفضيلاتك. و سوف تضاف المرشحات الجديدة إلى مواقع الويكي المتبقية يوم 9 مايو/أيار. [571]
• حينما يضيف أحد الإداريون أو البيروقراطيون أو المضيفون أحد المستخدمين إلى مجموعة مستخدمين سوف يمكنهم تحديد تاريخ نهاية لهذه الإضافة. على سبيل المثال مجموعة مستخدم هي "إداريون" أو "بوتات". ويعني هذا أنه بوسعهم منح شخص ما حقوق معينة لفترة محدودة. هذا الأمر مشابه لحالات الحظر وحماية الصفحات التي يمكن أن تحدد بفترة معينة. سوف تضاف خيارات جديدة إلى خاص:حقوق المستخدم لهذا الغرض. يمكنك الاطلاع على المزيد عن مجموعات المستخدمين. • تعرض النصوص البرمجية التي تستخدم وظائف نصوص ويكي قديمة وعتيقة أخطاء. لم تعمل هذه الوظائف منذ سنة 2013. عليك أن تصوب أو توقف النصوص غير العاملة. يمكنك الاطلاع على أمثلة على ترقية النصوص البرمجية. هذا الأمر مشابه لما كتب في نشرة الأخبار التقنية الإصدار رقم 16/2017. سيتعين عليك إضافة الكتلة البرمجية mw.loader.using( 'mediawiki.util' ) إلى نصك البرمجي كذلك أو إضافة mediawiki.util إلى قسم ResourceLoader الخاص بالنبيطة في تعريف النبيطة على ميدياويكي. مشاكل

• واجه بعض المستخدمين مشكلة في قائمة المراقبة. يتولى حاليا حل هذه المشكلة المطورين التقنيين. إلى أن نجد لهذه المشكلة حل ما يمكنك تجربة بعض الأمور التي ساعدت المحررين الآخرين لو واجهتك هذه المشكلة. يمكنك تفعيل أخف تصنيف الصفحات من تفضيلات صفحة مراقبتك. ويمكنك وقف وسع قائمة المراقبة لتعرض كل التغييرات، وليس أحدثها فقط من تفضيلات صفحة مراقبتك. يمكنك إزالة التصنيفات المسببة للمشكلة من صفحة خاص:تعديل قائمة المراقبة/raw. • سوف يستخدم الإصدار الجديد من ميدياويكي على مواقع ويكي الاختبار وعلى موقع MediaWiki.org بدءا من تاريخ 23 مايو. وسوف يستخدم على مواقع الويكي المختلفة عن ويكيبيديا وبعض مواقع ويكيبيديا من تاريخ 24 مايو. بعد ذلك سوف يستخدم على كافة مواقع الويكي من تاريخ 25 مايو. (الرزنامة).

• يمكنك الآن مشاهدة الملفات الجديدة على خاص:ملفات جديدة. ويمكنك الآن اختيار التواريخ التي ترغب في مشاهدة ملفاتها. [601]
• حينما تطالع ويكيبيديا على جهاز محمول سوف توضع الفقرة الأولى الآن قبل صندوق المعلومات. [602]

• قد تعرض مواقع ويكيميديا روابط إلى مقالات أقل بلغات أخرى. وهذا الأمر الغرض منه تيسير العثور على اللغات التي قد تكون مفيدة للقارئ أو المحرر. يمكن للجميع الضغط ومطالعة القائمة الكاملة. سوف يرى المستخدمون مسجلو الدخول الذين يستخدمون روابط اللغات المختصرة اللغات التي حددوها في صندوق بابل الموجود في صفحة المستخدم الخاصة بهم في القائمة الأولى المختصرة. يمكنك تعطيل قائمة اللغات المختصرة أو تشغيلها من صفحة تفضيلاتك. إزالة الصلاحيات الإدارية

مرحباً أخي العزيز أنتايم، حَسب سياسة إزالة الصلاحيات الإدارية يَتم إزالة الصَلاحية الإدارية من المُستخدم في حال ثبوت عدم قيامه بأكثر من 10 مهمات على فترات متقطعة خلال 6 شهور، لِذلك وَحسب عداد تعديلات الإداريين، فأنت لم تقم سوى بمهمتين إداريتين خلال الفترة بين 5 ديسمبر 2016 حتى 5 يونيو 2017، وكانت المهمتين عبارة عن تغيير صلاحيات ListeriaBot بتاريخ 11 فبراير 2017.

لذلك وَحسب السياسة سيتم سَحب صلاحية بيروقراط مِنك تَليها صلاحية إداري في حالة عدم الاستجابة خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ اليوم؛ أي في 20 يونيو 2017. مع التحية --علاء ^راسلني 06:26، 6 يونيو 2017 (ت ع م)
