Eliane Hajj is the owner and director of Medium: a company that delivers media consultancy, branding and managementservices internationally and in the Mena region for celebrities in the media, music, film, fashion industry and more.

Armed with a BA in Radio & TV Journalism and around 20 years of experience in radio and TV hosting and production, scriptwriting and journalism, she founded Medium in 2012 with a pioneer vision: Offer to her clients from different fields -be it acting, media, fashion industry, music or film production companies – services that were usually provided by a global firm but with a personal and very committed approach.  

Her dedication, professionalism and integrity caught the attention of local and International companies who started working closely with her and relying on her media services such as Universal Music Mena, SAL&CO, Sabbah Brothers, Student World, OSN, Stars on Board…….

She also works on the PR, marketing and media strategies ofreputable artists and celebrities such as Massari, Rima FakihSlaibi, Abeer Nehme, Stephanie Saliba, Maestro HaroutFanzilian, & others.

Eliane’s true point of difference is her involvement in alternative medicine (being a Reiki master), and her positive thinking approach that she uses to coach the artists and celebrities who channel this positive energy through their interviews, careersand choices. Her orientation even resulted in career shifts among lots of her clients. For instance, she brought to light acting talents among speakers, or singing skills among actors…

The various diplomas she obtained from l’Atelier International de Paris in special effects make up, characterology and theatrical characters design, opened doors for her to work with huge theaters such as Al Rahbani, powerful brands like Adidas, Mont Blanc and important events such as the Asian games in Qatar. Eliane channeled all these fulfilling experiences to cultivate networks and opportunities for her clients and give them professional guidance.

Faithful to her principles of humanism, altruism and compassion, Eliane participated in several charity projects and supported great humanitarian causes related to women empowerment, childhood cancer, special needs and disabilities, elderly people and others through campaigns where celebrities in her portfolio helped create awareness and deliver support messages.
