  Dr Djaafar Yayouche was born on July 4, 1969 in Constantine - Algeria. He attended primary, extended and secondary education in Mostaganem, where he obtained a secondary education certificate (baccalaureate) in 1988 with a major in literature, then he joined Prince Abdul Qadir University in Constantine for sciences Islamic, to specialize in history and civilization. Degree in Islamic history with a first diploma at university in 1992, then a magister in civilization (the history of Islamic medicine) in 1999 at the High National Institute of Islamic Civilization in Oran with a very honorable diploma, then a doctorate in sciences of the Arabic language (cognitive linguistics) in 2011 With a mention is very honorable, and after that, the university qualification certificate in 2017, he started the course of university teaching in 1992 as teaching assistant until in 1999, when he was promoted to the rank of assistant professor, then professor in charge of courses from 2002 to 2011, to pass to the grade of lecturer, degree B, and finally the degree of lecturer graduate in 2017.   He held several administrative positions, deputy head of the Arabic language department 1999-2000, head of the Arabic language department 2000-2001, head of the LM D system in the Arabic language department 2008-2010, open and specialized officer in literature license arabic 2009-2014 Head of the core curriculum Department of arabic literature 2015 Master of Modern Arabic Literature 2015-2016, Master of Literature and Civilization, 2015-2018, open, and Dr. Jaafar Yayush has contributed to several national and international research projects, including five national studies at the National Research Center in Social and Cultural Anthropology CRAS.
