إجهاض غير آمن
الإجهاض غير الآمن هو إنهاء الحمل بواسطة أشخاص يفتقرون إلى المهارات اللازمة، أو في بيئة تفتقر إلى الحد الأدنى من المعايير الطبية، أو كليهما.[1] الإجهاض غير الآمن هو إجراء يهدد الحياة. وهي تشمل عمليات الإجهاض الذاتي، والإجهاض في ظروف غير صحية، وعمليات الإجهاض التي يجريها طبيب لا يقدم الرعاية المناسبة بعد الإجهاض.[2] تحدث حوالي 25 مليون حالة إجهاض غير آمنة سنويًا، وتحدث معظمها في الدول النامية.[3]
