Sorry for the English, but I don't read Arabic.

I noticed this article during a notability / deletion discussion in the hewiki for the equivalent article. See English and Hebrew discussions. Both ended deleting the article. As part of those discussions I read this article through automated translation as well as partially read some of the sources.

I have some concerns with this article:

• It seems that much of the last part of the article (الرأسمالية الاجتماعية المطبقة) is about en:Social capital rather than Social capitalism. Social capital is a completely different concept.
• Some of the sources quoted in the article claim that social capitalism is a new form of capitalism (either exists, or something to strive to). This seems to be the approach taken by the authors of this article.
• Others use that name to define the common economic regime in most "capitalist" coutries (e.g.: as opposed to "pure capitalism").

Is it a matter of someone collecting all available sources that happened to mention this term?
