Very nice slides. A few things:

1. On slide 16, you probably meant to write "infoboxes" and not "inboxes" :)
2. You should make the point about the need for standardized cross-language, cross-wiki global infoboxes, and templates and modules in general as strong as possible. Some Wikipedias are trying to write standardized templates, for example Catalan, Hebrew, and French. However, for now there is no way to properly share templates and modules between wikis. You can only copy them, and this always creates forks and inconsistencies. This makes translation of articles difficult. You probably understand this very well, so speak up about this! :)
3. I wouldn't call the Arabic Wikipedia "a small wiki"! It's medium, or even large.
