Sinek, the author of "Leaders Eat Last: Why Some Teams Pull Together and Others Don’t", inspired by the Marine Corps tradition of having leaders eat last, spoke to the Marines of I MIG about the importance of passion in work and how it sets the Marine Corps apart from the other branches of service.
