Concesso con il D.P.R. 22 aprile 1998 ha la seguente blasonatura: «d'azzurro, al sole d'oro, non figurato, con otto raggi ondeggianti, alternati da sedici raggi acuti, due a due, esso sole caricato a destra dalla falce di luna, di argento, con i corni riuniti nel punto in corrispondenza della base del raggio ondeggiante posto in sbarra a sinistra: il tutto sotto il capo d'argento, caricato dalla croce di rosso»
