«Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, состоящее из двух волнистых горизонтальных полос, жёлтого (вверху, шириной 2/3 ширины полотнища) и составной из семи вертикальных полос чередующихся от древка белого и синего цвета; в центре жёлтой полосы — яблоневая ветвь зелёного цвета черенком от древка, с одиннадцатью цветками белого цвета с серединками жёлтого цвета и треугольными, сужающимися к серединке, прожилками синего цвета на каждом лепестке».
