Español: Escudo de Jinotega conformado por primero un cuartel de color amarilo limón el segundo a la derecha por una representaciópn de el Lago de Apanás, el Morning Glory, y tres torres del tendido eléctrico que simbolizan la producción hidroenergética. El tercero por una representación del campesino trabajador y las Lomas de Cubulcán y la Cordillera Dariense. En el cuarto aparece la flor de torito y la Peña de la Cruz.
