تاريخ الغرض
Deutsch: Das Wappen des Landkreises Bad Kreuznach wurde am 13. Mai 1939 vom preußischen Staatsministerium verliehen. Der Löwe steht für die kurpfälzischen Gebiete des Kreises und das blau-goldene Schach entstammt dem Wappen der Vorderen Grafschaft Sponheim, welches die Zugehörigkeit eines Teiles des Kreisgebietes zur früheren vorderen Grafschaft Sponheim aufzeigen soll.
English: The arms were officially granted on September 13, 1939. They show the symbols of the former rulers of the district. The lion of the Palatinate and the chequy field of the Lower County of Sponheim.
