رئيس مجلس إدارة "بوابة أبوظبي للاستثمار"، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

ويشغل منصب رئيس التطوير الاستراتيجي في "الاتحاد الدولي للشطرنج"، ورئيس مجلس إدارة العديد من الشركات والهيئات وهي: " شركة إنجازات " و"ليفز جاردن الأرمينية" و"شركة الإمارات الدولية للاستثمار" وهو رئيس جمعية الامارات للتواصل الاجتماعي.

وهو مؤسس وعضو كل من "جمعية كلنا الإمارات" و"جمعية ساعد" للحد من الحوادث المرورية، كما أنه مؤسس "مجلس رجال الأعمال الإماراتيين والأرمن"، ويشغل منصب عضو شرف في كل من: "جمعية المستشاريين والقانونيين" و"مجلس الاقتصاديين والإداريين" التابع لـ"لاتحاد الأوروبي"، كما كان يشغل منصب عضو مجلس إدارة "المجلس الوطني للإعلام" و"هيئة أبوظبي للإسكان".

شغل منصب وكيل الوزارة لشؤون المجتمع في "وزارة شؤون الرئاسة" كما شغل منصب مستشار في الوزارة ذاتها، ورئيساً لكل من: "نادي أبوظبي للشطرنج" و"اتحاد الإمارات للشطرنج".

نال "جائزة النبلاء فوق العادة" من صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير بندر بن سلمان آل سعود عام 2016.

حاصل على الدكتوراه الفخرية في العلاقات الدولية، وماجستير في التطوير الاستراتيجي، وبكالوريوس في أنظمة المعلومات.

He is the head of strategic development at the International Chess Federation and chairman of the board of directors of several companies and organizations: Injazat Data Systems, Levis Garden Armenian and Emirates International Investment Company.

He is the founder and member of the Association of All of the Emirates and the Society of Assisting Traffic Accidents. He is also the founder of the Emirati and Armenian Businessmen Council and is a member of the Association of Counselors and Jurists and the Council of Economists and Administrators.  And a member of the Board of Directors of the National Media Council and the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority.

He served as the Undersecretary for Community Affairs at the Ministry of Presidential Affairs. He also served as an advisor to the Ministry itself and as Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Chess Club and the Emirates Chess Federation.

He was awarded the "Extraordinary Noblemen's Award" by His Royal Highness Prince Bandar Bin Salman Al Saud in 2016.

He holds an honorary doctorate in international relations, a master's degree in strategic development, and a Bachelor of Information Systems.
