اختبار شيك هو اختبار لمعرفة تعرض الجسم للديفتيريا أو مناعته ضدها.[1][2]

طفل يأخذ الاختبار سنة 1915 م.

ابتدعه عام 1913 م طبيب الأطفال الأميركي بيلا شيك.
