تعطي القائمة الأنساب العرقية في سكان من غرب آسيا و شمال أفريقيا وجنوب القوقاز طبقا لدراسات هابلوغروبات الصبعي واي [[الدنا|للدنا]] البشري . أخذت عينات من الناس مع التحقق من انتمائهم العرقي وانتمائهم اللغوي ، وهي ممثلة في العمودين الأولين في الجدول.العمود الثالث في الجدول يعطي عدد الأناس التي جرى عليهم الفحص. والأعمدة اللاحقة تعطي النسب المئوية لتوزيع مجموعات الهابلوغروبات بالتفصيل . الأختصارات IE تعني هندوأوربيين و AA = أفروآسياويين. بعض الفحوص التي أجريت قبل عام 2000 كانت تجمع بعض الهابلوغروبات في هابلوغروب واحد ، أي أن مجموعتي هابلوغروب I و G وأحيانا الهابلوغروب J مثلا كانوا يدرجون تحت هالبلوغروب 2, في دراسات [[صبغي واي|الصبغي واي]] ، مما يغير نسب مجموعات السكان قليلا.
