Although the political situation is not stable in Egypt at the moment, Team of Education Program in Egypt small conference at the Faculty of Arts, University of Cairo on February 27, 2013, to celebrate the results achieved by students in the second edition of Education Program in Egypt, and advertising - officially - to start the program in other Arab countries: Jordan, Algeria and Saudi Arabia.
 
"Dr. Abeer Abd El-Hafez" from the Department of the Spanish language, was opened the conference and spoke about the spirit of the program and its importance in the lives of students and teachers in terms of skills development and new experiences.
 
Occur after that, "Faris El-Gwely", Education program Consultant in Arab World, about results achieved by Egypt's program over 2012, and average of written articals by the Egyptian on Wikipedia is 9 articles per student, American student is 5.5 article, and Canadian students is 2.8 article. That's mean that Egyptian students achieved the highest rates of over 2 editions of the program. Next to the Egyptian program is the fastest growing programs in the world, in the first version 53 students participated, and the second edition of more than 160 students, 87% of students are females! that's meaning that the growth rate of the program is more than 3 times the normal rate. Also, "Faris" annouced about new work plan and announced about the new leaders of the program, they are:
* Walaa Abd El-Moneim, leader of the Faculty of Arts, Cairo University
* Doaa Saif El-Din, leader of the Faculty of Al-Alsun (Languages), Ain Shams University
* Helana Raafat and Mina Saber, leaders of the Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University
* Samir El-Sharabaty, commander of the Faculty of Education, Damanhour University
Then, professors and leaders was spoke about their experiences over year of the entire program, behind problems and successes stories.
 
Then students were invited to talk about their experiences in the program, and what are the challenges they faced and what new experiences they have gained through their participation when they edited Arabic Wikipedia.
 
At the end of the conference has been honored 15 Top students and 5 Top Campus Ambassadors, Wikimedia Foundation providing a appreciation certificate and voucher in the amount of 100 Egyptian pounds to buy books from "Dar El-Maaref" in Cairo. And the foundation was honored another 60 students and 7 Campus Ambassadors. Also, Wikimedia Foundation was honored 12 professors.
