حسين الظفيري
حسين الظفيري مواطن كويتي يشتبه بانتمائه إلى تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية[1] تم القبض عليه بمانيلا في الفلبين في مارس 2017 ومعه رهف زينة، وهي سيدة سورية يشتبه في انتمائها إلى الجماعة. تم تسليمه إلى الكويت في أبريل 2017. ذكرت صحيفة عرب تايمز أن رهف زينة كانت زوجة الظفيري.[2] وقد وصفتها صحيفة ديلي إنكوايرر الفلبينية بأنها شقيقة زوجته وأرملة شقيقه المتوفى مؤخرًا القيادي في تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية البارز عبد المحسن الظفيري.[3] كما ذكرت صحيفة كويت تايمز أن حسين تزوج أرملة أخيه.[4]

ذكرت عرب تايمز أن الكويت نفذت بعد اعتقاله في مانيلا، مداهمات وقد اعتقلت ثلاثة من أقاربه وسبعة أشخاص آخرين يعتقد أنهم من رفاقه في التنظيم.[2] صدرت أوامر للمسؤولين بـ«إطلاق النار بهدف القتل» أثناء المداهمات. ذكرت صحيفة «عرب تايمز» أن المسؤولين عثروا على إمدادات لصنع القنابل خلال المداهمات.
دخل الظفيري الفلبين في 28 يناير 2017.[5] وبحسب ما ورد فقد دخل الفلبين بتأشيرة عمل قانونية. ورد أنه اتصل بالمسؤولين الدبلوماسيين الكويتيين في الفلبين لترتيب وثائق سفر قانونية للعودة إلى الكويت.
وُوصف القيادي في تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية، عبد المحسن الظفيري، شقيق حسين، بأنه «أحد أخطر أعضاء داعش الكويتيين».[2][6]

Security sources disclosed that a Kuwaiti security delegation will travel to Manila Sunday to complete the extradition arrangement of a Kuwaiti "DAESH" affiliate Hussein Al-Dhufairi who together with his Syrian wife were arrested by security authorities for planning to execute terrorist acts in the Philippines and Kuwait, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

Dhafiri, a 27-year-old Syrian, was reportedly the widow of a top Islamic State group commander in Syria and later became Aldhafiri's partner. After her arrest, she told authorities that she was pregnant and she was sent to a hospital. He will likely be deported to Qatar, where she last came from before flying to Manila, Philippine Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente said.

Al-Dhufairi was able to enter the Philippines thrice, the latest being on January 28. BI said they are investigating a recruitment firm called Q8 for sponsoring Al-Dhufairi's work visa to the Philippines. Zina would be deported to Qatar, her last known location before she arrived in the Philippines.

Al Dhufairi, 40, was reportedly a Daesh bomb maker who helped plot attacks in Kuwait and possibly in the Philippines. He is reportedly the brother of Abdul Mohsen Al Dhufairi, also known as Abu Jandal Al Kuwaiti, one of the most dangerous Kuwaiti members of Daesh. He was killed months ago in an international coalition bombing raid.
