الدول المجهرية هي الدول سريعة الزوال والكيانات التي نصبت نفسها دولاً وادّعت أنها ذات سيادة مستقلة لكن لم تحصل على اعتراف من قبل أي دولة أخرى ذات سيادة معترف بها أو من قبل منظمة دولية.[1][2]
